MayFlash GameCube Adapter on Dolphin

I'm trying to use my Adapter on Dolphin to play Melee. I go to configure my controls and it doesn't detect the inputs. Even with the thing set to PC and the MayFlash download, it still doesn't work. Can someone help me? I hae the 4.0 version BTW.

Now when I plug in my MayFlash Adapter it won't come up on the GCPad Configuration.

Is your adapter set to WiiU mode and is the direct connect box checked in on the controller config page on Dolhpin?
