can kirby swallow the waddledees/doos/whatever that dedede throws out. If he can, can he copy their abilities? That'd be pretty awesome, just like a kirby game.

yeah, he dedede and wario can eat items, and the Waddle Doos and Dees count as items

He can eat Wadlle Dees but he doesn't get an ability. I'm not sure about grenades and bikes though.
