So, another hurricane is comin' at the gulf coast. You ever been in one? Me, I had never been in a serious one. Hurricane Gloria when I lived in Boston, uh i think Bob hit up there while I still lived there. Then I moved to the gulf coast. I said, while playing Eternal Darkness "I've never been in a REAL hurricane, y'all make it sound like a real disaster! I wanna see what that's like."
I ate those words lol. Katrina hit that same year, while stilling playing Eternal Darkness. What a great evil game that is.
SO now as kinda tradition, whenever a storm approaches, I throw Eternal Darkness in and play it.
Maybe I'll beat it this time before the storm comes and knocks out my power preventing me from playing.
Have I learned my lesson about wishing for things? Nah, I wished for a white xmas the first year I came here, and it happened, record snow fall on xmas day the ppl here were like WTF it never snows here. mwahaha.
