Nex Crew Tournaments: Weekly 1
Hello! Welcome to our first Smash Bros for Wii U tournament! We will host these every Wednesday at 6:00 PM EDT. Anybody is welcome to join!

Rules:
- Set to Stock
- Stocks are set to 2
- Stock time limit is set to 6:00
- Normal matches are Best out of 3
- Winners Finals, Losers Finals, and Grand Finals are Best out of 5
- Items are off
- Smash ball is off
- Stalling is banned
- Anything that prohibits the gameplay, such as Freezing, intentionally worsening your connection, ect is banned.
- Daves stupid rule is in effect, you can't choose a stage that you previously won on.
- If time runs out, the person who who has the most amount of stocks is the winner, if stocks are tied, the person with the least amount of percentage is the winner. If stocks and percentages are tied, both players will play a 1 stock 3 minute match instead.
- If the match is ended with a suicide move and it goes to sudden death, the initiator of the move wins.
- Coaching is not allowed
- Customs are off
- Equipment is off
- Mii's are allowed, but must be 1111 medium size.
- Gentlemen clause is in effect, if both players agree, they can go any stage (Temple here we come)
Starters:
- Battlefield
- Final Destination/Omega stages
- Smashville
- Town and City
- Lylat Cruise
Counterpicks:
- Dream Land
- Duck hunt
Match procedure:
- The match starts out with both players selecting their characters.
- The player with the higher seed strikes a stage in the starters list, the other player strikes 2 stages, the higher seed player then strikes one final stage. The remaining stage in the starters list is the stage that will be played first round. (Of course if you'd rather gentleman to Smashville and both players agree, thats fine too.)
- After the first match, the winner strikes 2 stages from the STARTER AND COUNTERPICK LIST.
- After each match, if the players wish to change characters, the winner must change before the loser, and let the loser know who they are changing to or if they are staying. So the loser has a chance to counterpick the winners switch.
Matches played with Drevis2 and Helix may be uploaded to youtube via the replay upload feature onto Nex's youtube account. If you are not OK with us uploading our matches with you, please let Drevis2 and Helix know so we know not to upload it. If we stream (sometimes we may, sometimes we may not) the matches that are streamed will most likely go onto youtube as well (and obviously since it will be streamed it will be much higher quality with commentary :0 ) We will also announce the winner on youtube POSSIBLY.
Prizes:
We do not currently have any prizes yet, but once Drevis2 gets a job we will have a $10 eshop card prize for 1st place!
