Master Hand Theories

First of all hi Im new to these boards.

Well anyway I was playing classic on melee, and i realized that the Master Hand and the announcer guy sound identical. Afterwards I went to the sound test, and i was right the 2 sound exacly the same. You can go check for yourself. Could they be the same person?

Also I realized that you use a HAND to pick your character and stage. A "Master Hand" if you will. Also in the first smash bros. in the opening credits the master hand chooses 2 random fighters. He is the "Master" of the game.

Isnt the ancient minister missing a pair of HANDS?

Can it be that the Master Hand and the Crazy Hand can fit in those holes?

Master Hand -> Classic Mode
Ancient Minister -> Adventure Mode
so I doubt they're related.

Um, I doubt it, since the Ancient Minister is basically totally new, and the hands are supposed to be the hands of the person playing with the trophies as far as the fighting goes. If anything, Ancient Minister is just a trophy too.

And I would be one to welcome you to these boards, but I have only been here a few days too. Ah, welcome anyway :D

becuase your new and I wanted to toughen you up, now in response to the thread I would think the master hand and crazy hand were that of the creator of smash (as is popular thought) but your theory would add depth and story into brawl moreso than all this OMG CHARACTERS TEAM UP THAT DONT MATCH WEEE

It could be tied it. As I said earlier, it could have been ancient minister's hand playing with the trophies the whole time, or, ancient minister could be obeying mastermind.

I doubt Master Hand will be featured in the SSE but good idea. I wouldn't be too surprised if Master Hand has something to do with all of this...

Master Hand is supposed to be like God or something, right? Or at least he has some kind of control over everything in this universe. Maybe the Subspace Army are his way of dealing out Holy Retribution (Because he's bored and has nothing better to do?)

OK REALLY RANDOM THOUGHT! ... but totally epic. Just for a second imagine we are in imaginary land where anything can happen and you Mii is a character.... Your playing classic mode with your mii and you make it to master hand, he comes out and sees the mii but then gets a question mark above his head. you mii then holds up his and and the hand gets suck to the mii's arm in his control, you then fight the REAL final boss with you controlling master hand

EDIT: Instead of one final boss you fight, all the characters come at you in the game with their handicap at 5, (1 at a time) then some kind of "super character"

But notice that the A.M. doesn't have hands. Honestly, who wouldn't find suspicous? It's either a big freaking conceidence, or maybe the Hands are apart of him.

The only drawback is we don't know for sure the size of A.M. lol

If anything, we should be looking at these possible allusions to the evil Master/Crazy Hand:

Vast quantities of his precious bananas have been stolen!
And by a very familiar hand...

As Diddy Kong discovers it, an evil hand reaches for him from the lake...

That would be the greatest ending to a game in history. You find out that you are the creator of all things Smashy. You should only be able to unlock that ending by unlocking everything in the game and completing Classic on Hard or above.

Why does everyone assume that Master or Crazy hand will be only in classic mode. They can easily be swiched and moved wherever. Maybe there is a new boss at the end of classic mode. I never noticed though that A.M. doesnt have hands, I thought they were just ribbons or some part of his outfit, and that his hands/arms were tucked inside.

I'm almost positive Master Hand will be in the Subspace Emmissary.
He has to be. Sakurai is trying to stay true to the roots and Master hand has always been a bad guy. Now I don't know if he will be the last boss or something but he has to be in there in some way, shape, or form.

Master Hand is controlled through Bater...

Or rather, Master Bater...

and Master Bater is the entity that controls all of the smash mascots, as they are his creations, including but not limited too Ancient Minister.

You are right to assume that the SSA is like a police force.

Master Bater's rule shall not be tarnished by toys.

A lot of games use the gloved hand in file and menu screens, and I have always imagined that that is the Master Hand that we fight in Smash Bros.
