Its never going to happen, but I came up with a cool moveset. In Brawl, he always carrying a rocket launcher which he uses for melee and shooting
Up + B: Grav Lift
just like how a springs pop underneath Sonic, the Grav Lift pops right under MasterChief. But unlike the Springs, you can control the horizontal pathway.
neutral B: Rocket Launcher
He fires his rocket launcher
Side + B: Plasma Grenade
Master Chief throws a plasma grenade. You can change the angle of your throw (think like how Link can throw his boomerang)
Down + B: Change weapon
Master Chief puts away his rocket Launcher and pulls out the Spartan laser. To fire it, you must hold down B for 3 seconds before it can fire. When you are charger the laser to fire, you can change the angle of the Spartan laser (think like how you can aim the Cracker Launcher)
The chances of Master Chief appearing in brawl is -10%, but it would be cool though IMO
