Marth week in pika matchup thread

hey marth community! i have a pika matchup thread started and it is time to talk about marth. if there is anything you would wish to say about this matchup, like what makes playing pika hard for you or whats most annoying then please feel free to post it. any input is great and much appreciated. thanks!

I always have trouble playing good Pikachus because I have a hard time getting close in order to attack. Pika's neutral B makes horizontal approaches tough, and the down B makes approaches from above and bellow difficult.

catch pikachu under a platform to avoid up-B, or i would just dodge it followed by side b combo

Marth should play Pika on BF. Pikas thunder will be useless there and Marths Up B will work well on that stage. If he does down B space yourself and F-Smash. Approach with F-air and Dancing blade. I don't see Pika vs Marth a tough match for Marth.
