I think the MU is 55: 45 but you need to be very careful to win.

Marth beats out Lucas with all of his aerials. Honestly, the only thing Lucas has more range on than Marth is his grab, and zair. Otherwise, Lucas' zoning tools aren't really good enough to force Marth to approach (like PFK). As long as Marth spaces correctly, the Lucas shouldn't be winning consistently.
