Marth Usmash Spike?

I was playing online with a friend and he grabbed the coming back. I ran over to the edge and Usmashed because I though he was going to ledge hop. It ended up spiking him.

I am going to try to put a video up soon. I'm guessing it's a spike like Ike's Dtilt.

I've done this, it's a stage spike.

Edit: You have to hit with the part of the attack that knocks the enemy into the tip of the blade (it's on his side somewhere). This isn't anything new.
Edit #2: It's the part that sometimes goes weird and sends them in a wierd arc moving behind you.

It was just kind of weird because I wasn't even right on top of him. I was slightly to the right.

Yes, it's a stage spike, old news. It won't spike unless they are to the right or left, check my edited post.
