Marth has 3 moves I KNOW OF that can cause this slide-off to happen: F-air, N-Special (Shield Breaker), and D-air. However, I will only cover F-air and N-Special because they are the most plausible moves to do this with.
Your best bet would be to go with uncharged N-Special. This is because of its shield-breaking capabilities. Your opponent does not want to shield this, so they will most likely drop shield.
N-Special, Dash Attack, D-air, F-tilt, and the ending hit of Up-Special all jab lock, but you will only be able to jab lock with N-Spec., Dash Attack, D-air, and F-Tilt due to positioning.
The great thing about this is that you get a free punish with almost anything you want. Feel free to share what high damage combos you can find. I might post a video about this sometime and link it.
NOTE: Battlefield is one of Marth's best stages, so this technique is something to keep in your mind.
