I'll give it a shot. Keep in mind I don't have a lot pf personal experience. This is just from videos i've seen.

Be wary of the fact most of Marth's hitbox's have a swing that lasts a while, and keep in mind that when you swing, that the sword is only actively covering certain points throughout the arc at any time, and pikachu can get in your face fast. Be wary of doing uptilt, ftilt, or anything laggy when pikachu is on the ground, because for example, he can dash dance in and out and catch you in your lag and nair or upsmash you where Marth's sword isn't protecting him.

Enough people are probably tired of seeing me post this in Marths threads, but guard Marth's feet hurtbox! Players nowadays seem to make it a habit to attack there, and it's easy to do because most of Marths hit boxes don't protect his lower half as immediately like say Fox's nair or Samus. That's all I got for now. Sorry!

I'm not very experienced in the match-up, but if I had one bit of advice, it's about edge-guarding. If the Pika is hit too far off to the point they have to use their up-b, there is really no reason not to grab ledge and force him on stage. Pika's up-b has plenty of landing lag and Marth is definitely fast enough to punish it with a waveland fsmash or even just stand-up+walk fsmash. I liken it to edge-guarding Sheik, only easier.
