Shocking Cape has Magnet Pull like properties with B-sticking and it really improves his otherwise horribile areial movement. It works with the other capes too before they move into the cape effect Horizontal motion. The controls are B-stick in a direction + Alternating L,R and Jump at Short Speed but hold jump for full jump. To get the full distance you wavebounce and do Dircetional input with Control stick and Bounce off the direction inputed to B-stick with a jump you can do both these with fireballs aswell i think.High pressure Fludd>Wall Jump is better than fireballs off the edge. Doing SHFastFireballs->Aerials also give an additional bodylength in horizontal motion to be used with N-air,U-air,Shocking Cape or reverse SHFastfireball->FB-air from high ground BRFastFireballs have good priority and hitstun I think aswell. Don't go to smashville IMO.
