Mario With Sonic´s FS(without transform)?

hey i wanna know this is possible to make a Mario final smash much like Sonic´s where mario flying around and killing other players
if it is possible please tell how to make it
i am working on a Mario PSA (like the cape mario PSA in BrawlVault but not 100% same) i think i will call it Super Mario Bros. Z. moveset for Mario he also got Hammer attacks soon :) on Side-Smash,NAirAttack(without Cape),maybe afew others too
