High Percents 110%-999%
Using Disjointed Up angled-F-smash for finsiher
Up-special as combo Breaker
Blind U-air and B-air for edguarding
D-smash
Fireballs to stall vertical recovery
Down angled F-smash/F-tilt over the edge
Cape -> Fludd Edgegaurding
Tactics:
Use your faster running speed with foxtrot and SH-B-air approaches.
Use the dash animation to start jumps to increase air movement.
Blind U-air and B-air are good approaches.
Retreating SH-Fireballs for Dash attack and Retreating Fox Trot to set up B-air/Blind U-air.
Don't try to stage spike Wario, his Waft will gimp too easily. Only edgegaurding from the stage is safe. If he DI's up use Cape and/or refresh KO power by using other moves while he recovers. F-tilt, Punches, and U-tilt are the fastest moves Mario has.
Take advantage of his fall speed by messing up his recovery from his bike and Up-special.
Cape will mess up his recovering from far away more than anything else cept well placed fireballs.
