Mario Kart All Stars! is a fan game with 32 racers and 24 courses made all with RPG Maker VX (Yes, this is a racing game). I made the first version in about a month and a half, so don't expect too much.
FAQ
Q:Why did you use RPG Maker?
A:I didn't want to use Game Maker and I don't have Flash
Q:Only 3 Tracks have a map. Why?
A:I never finished the map idea, even though I planned to give every track a map.
Q:How do I unlock a character?
A:You play Time Trials to get points and use points in the Unlock Shop.
Q:Can you put [MISSINGNO] in the game? That would be soo cool if-
A:I don't take requests- I consider them.
Q:What if the download link below isn't working?
A:Notify me, then I can change the link.

You downloaded version 1.0, the first released version of the game. Here are things that will be added to the next version:
-The lower the time limit is, the more points you will gain
-Some areas outside the track may slow you down
-Enemies will be fixed
-Game icon will no longer be chess piece
-All Track Maps will be added
NOW THAT YOU HAVE THE GAME,
Extract the file. DO NOT edit any files in the Audio, Data, or Graphics folders. Editing could mess up your game. In your game's folder, there should be an icon of a chess piece (Will change later). Click this icon to load the game. When saving, save files will be made. These files will appear in the root folder of the game. Changing these files can hurt save data.
Default Controls:
Arrow Keys- Move
Shift- Accelerate
Z/Enter- Accept
X/Esc- Decline
Press F1 to change controls and other options(fullscreen, etc.)
