Mario Universe Mario Golf 64 Opinions

I have been playing this game pretty seriously for a few weeks and I was wondering if any of you have an insight as to who is the best overall character. I really like Bowser and Mario, but the angle of their drives can mess me up sometimes (the wind will make the curve a lot shorter or a lot bigger) But my opinion I think is Yoshi because his Drive is straight which is good at predicting where your ball will fly and it is pretty controllable.

The Dormie Hole theme is incredible. Sakuraba typically does a fantastic job with music, but the Dormie Hole theme just feels a notch in quality above the rest.

I just play Bowser in every sports game that doesn't have dry Bowser in it

Yoshi works best for me.

BTW, Mario Golf 64 and Mario Tennis are two seriously underrated games that are still mad fun to play. You can play them on the N64 or you can download them to the Wii.

I remember playing the GameCube and GBA Mario Golf games. Good games and both have good soundtrack. The GBA game had a RPG mode, too, which was a good single player solution, since these games are best for multiplayer. I liked using Shadow Mario and Petey Piranha in the GameCube one.

Never played the N64 one, though.

I haven't played the game in a long time but I remember it being really fun and the characters being really hard to unlock, although I'm not that good at golf games so that could be why lol.

Yoshi is the best character, imo. He has a lot of control, which I think is important.
