Mario down throw to Bair?

[RJ45]

It's sort of a mix up really, some characters can escape it more than others, normally by air dodge. Usually works in the mid to high's and if they air dodge simply Nair and grab.
I found it while messing around with Mario trying to do the Luigi combo.
Sadly I have no way of posting a video, has anyone else found this?

what's the advantage of this vs down throwing and up airs? Does it kill good? If you could list general percents that would be awesome!

I think bair kills at like around 130 or 140% so it's kinda late
