Mario Cape Causing Crashes

Hey sorry if this should go n the bug section but I wasn't sure. Basically as the title says whenever mario uses his cape the game crashes completely for me, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but no luck. Anybody have any ideas how to fix this?

I've had this problem as well, and the only way to make Mario playable again was to revert to his 3.0 moveset file instead. Hopefully the PMBR can patch whatever's causing this problem.
