Posting ISOs is prohibited, which is why 20XXTE and other full game mods are only distributed as a set of files. Mango's Melee is likely a custom build, so it's unlikely anyone would have that exact copy. You can get specific fancy, shiny things to modify your own copy of the game by looking in threads like Changing Color Effects in Melee! for effects like lasers/shines, or the Official Melee Texture Hack Thread for skins.
If you find a file that has something custom that you want to add to your game, you can import it into your ISO using DAT Texture Wizard (replacing the original file).
