Malware Defense

Has anyone here ever got this virus? I need a way to delete it. In normal mode my computer shutsdown in 5 mins or so. I have it in Safe Mode with Networking right now. I need a fix for this can anyone help?

As far as I know this virus can be only removed in Safe Mode. Good luck!
