Making Ike's Aether in Melee

I'm trying to make a mod where I put Ike over Marth, and I am strictly using Crazy Hand to make changes. Everything else should work well, the only parts that I am struggling with are the Up-B and Side-B, I can't figure out how to make up-b go down and I don't know how to give side-b its charge and horizontal mobility. Can I please get some help!
