Making An Account

I'm just curious to know how long you members waited before making an account? I know many people who come here a lot to read, but never actually make an account to post or contribute. It took me a couple of years, but I eventually did haha, though I don't post very often on the forums.

I joined a few months after my friend introduced me to smashboards, but it took again a few months before I started posting. At first, I was active mostly in the "International" section of this forum, because that's where I wanted to meet new players, new challenges and participate to an up-and-coming tournament.

Honestly, the only place I was hanging around in was the Sheik section. I didn't make an account yet, but there was so much to read that I didn't really care to respond. Now, whenever I get bored, I just go to whatever random section, mainly the Fox section.

I joined the instant I found this place. I used to be a moderator for Smash Bros. Online before it suddenly tanked. (The new forum there is horrid...)

Now if only SmashBoards, Shoryuken, and Tekken Zaibatsu were to merge into one forum so I won't have to check 8 tabs at once... Meh, it'll probably never happen unless SmashBoards helps organize EVO.

My gosh I have no clue when I discovered this site. I just know I wasn't allowed to register on forums thanks to my parents until around when I joined here.

I probably found this place sometime in 2002 (possibly earlier.). I can't recall when, though.
