making a combo video and i need help...

im in developement! my combo's are vicious but i have to record them so im going to start but i would use a kodak camera, would that work? or better yet...what what video editing should i use, when i use WMV it always messes up.

Use Sony vegas 8 for editing
download with crack *COUGH*
I record my stuff using a dazzle recording device. Its awesome.
