make "Score +1" show even in stock matches like Smash 64 did

so, you know how in Smash 64, it told you when you got a KO with a gold "Score +1" graphic popping up over your percent gauge, and at the same time, a "Score -1" on the KO'd opponent's gauge, but it unlike Melee, it shows in all play modes (Melee having it only in Timed matches, and no, i don't mean the "Score Display option"), that really looked useful because sometimes, any bit of jank (like trades or Phantom Hits) can lead into not knowing if you got the point or if it was actually an SD. Maybe it's not so much of a priority for competitive play, but there are sillier codes around, so... why not?
btw, i also mean making the "Score -1" to appear

But a lot of the time, what we consider SDs are what the game will consider KOs (and other stuff like that). It would be cool to have this sort of thing, but what you apparently want this for would end up misleading you.

That's usually only Brawl though. What's more worrying is the opposite (Legit KOs that display as SDs)
