Make an Event...possible?

Hey, I had a thought.

What if we tried making our own event mode matches? Has this been done before? How would one apply extra rules to a match?

There is a file that controls them. And I remember messing around with it but not noticing any changes. I changed the beginning of the file (past the header) to 0s to see if it was what I thought it was, and it made event 1 freeze. So yeah. Def. a possibility.
