Textures only change the outer appearance of a character's model. Adding a cape and a Magneto helmet would make this a model import.
You should go request this in the Brawl Workshop section or over on KCMM instead of here, though.

Depends. Might be fast, might be slow. I got lucky with one of my requests, which was a combo of two different hacks to make Slender Man over CF. I made a topic in the request section, and I also sent a PM to one of the creators of the two hacks I was trying to combine, and he offered to help me out, since I literally know nothing about working with model imports. That, and he just so happened to have a Slender Man hack on his to-do list.

What are you talking about?
People have commented that my Lucas looks like MvC magneto, with the whole Super-Jump > Air-Dash > Heavy thing going with DJCs. Then someone mentioned they thought there was a Magneto costume for the PSI kids on the Vault, then I was saddened when it was only their imagination.

AKA, I would love this very much. Professor Chaos doesn't quite cut it without the cape and helmet either.
