Mac Top Tier on King of Fighter Stage?

Yo, the new stage lacks both an off stage and walkoff blast zone. I don’t think there has ever been a stage that caters more to one character than the King of Fighters Stadium does to Little Mac

It helps mac but it doesn't make him top tier. All his problems still exist. He can still be KO'd quite easily due to his weight by hitting up to the sky blast zone and it only takes about 100% to send someone through the wall. Now Mac just gets wall juggled until he finally breaks through and loses a stock. He may have better chances but just having a walk off/no ledge stage doesn't increase his viability all that much. His core gameplay is still fundamentally flawed for Smash.

Against competent people, one of mac's biggest issues is landing. Platforms help mitigate that, and that is one of the reasons little mac prefers stages such as battlefield or ps2 over FD at high levels of play. Additionally, having platforms let mac camp them aswell, utilizing his fast running speed and fall speed. Understanding how platforms work with little mac is CRUCIAL to playing him.
