If you're reading this blog, I've probably thrown this conversation your way a few times, so if you're stressed for time feel free to skip this next section for the meaty stuff. If you want a run-through again, or you just never heard me talk about this then feel free to take a read; I'd hope I'm not just writing this for my own self pleasure :x.

------------------------------------
What is a month to you?

I'm not talking January, February, March, etc. I'm talking the time period of a month. For some months don't always begin on the first. For the people who have cell phone bills, utility bills, rent, etc. scattered on random days. The beginning and end of a month is quite different depending on who you ask. In the end though, everyone can agree that a month is at least 28 days; four weeks. Into a more specific (and smart-***) view, it's 672 hours. Assuming you're all decent human beings and get a hefty amount of sleep everyday (8 hours), it's 448 hours of active movement. For all of you decent (and employed) human beings, it's 224 hours of time, and that's assuming you're working overtime (or kissing ***, whichever you want to call it)

Now I don't know about you, but that's a lot of time to have twiddling your thumbs, and I've thought about it. I'm a computer nerd at heart, and much of my day is spent sitting in same chair, looking at the same screen, for hours at a time. I go to bed and realize that at the end of the day, I've achieved nothing. This is why this blog was created. I felt the need to do something new with my life; I felt that a month of dedication will get me on the right path to something enjoyable, something useful, something that would get me out of this **** computer seat.

So here it is, a new blog that I'll hopefully keep active. This month will show you all what can be achieved in a month's time, and how it can affect your life for the better.

This month is based towards exercise and dieting.

------------------------------------

So now that I'm sitting here trying to write the serious meat of my blog, I'm drawing a blank; terrific.

-_-

For a while now, I've been trying to get myself into getting my body toned. Starting from a full body work out, to doing only Cardio, to doing only arm curls. Honestly it's pretty annoying. I've been going back and forth with a bunch of people who work out, however I never looked into myself to see what I actually want for myself.

I want to be sexy as **** lol.

Who cares about working out the full body when all I have to do is pull up my shirt, show my abs, and flex my pecs to get a woman to swoon (this is an obvious exaggeration). The point is, to me only a few parts of the body are really important to looking 'attractive. The chest, the arms, and the abs. Depending on what time of the year it is, the abs fluctuate in importance. Obviously in the winter it's not all too important, in fact it might benefit you to have a bit of chub for the snuggle love. In the summer though, you gotta have those abs for those beach moments. Since it's November though, I'm putting my list of importance like this.

1) Arms
2) Chest
3) Abs

So for my first day, I've decided to figure out my schedule of working out.

Since I'm going for toned muscles, not big ones, I'm doing small weights and high reps (as directed)

25lb DB curls - 3 sets of 20 reps

For my chest I'm doing bench presses, however I have yet to figure out my max (i -probably- should do that)

Bench Press - Baww~

For my Abs, I'm going to do...

Situps - 3 sets of 75 reps

Looks pretty good to me; albeit pretty unoriginal and lacking of exercises. At least I'm exercising the important parts. :S

------------------------------------

And now the curls are done. This was all I was really planning to do today, and honestly I'm surprised I did the three sets. I struggled to push them up, however I did get it done :). I'll probably do this for two weeks and then amp up either the sets or the weight. So far so good :D.

That's all I'm going to do for Day 1, since it's currently late in the night, Day 2 will probably have more things like dieting and more exercises and general, look out for that ;D.
