Lumineon&Wormadam:where art thou?!

OK! I'ts time for the incredibly stupid question of the day! Ok, to get the national Dex in need to find Lumineon(evo of fineon) and wormadam(evo of burmy). I have tried to put honey on the trees so i could catch burmy since the 22'nd, but to no avail.( I even found a couple of shinies ) And i would fish for lumineon, but the fisherman that gives you the super rod is blocked, apparently until i get the national dex! So mu stupid question is: Is there anyone in the game who has a lumineon, or a wormadam? Thanks much!

catch a finneon on route 205, or the windworks and evolve it. Warmadam, theres a trainer under veilstone i beleive with one.

To find lumineon, go to the city where the 8th gym is at and surf until you can encounter a female trainer. She should have just a lumineon as her pokemon.
