Sorry for the ****ty record, I'm currently on my way back to New York and I'm using my ****ty phone camera. If anyone wants to genuinely look into it I can upload a much higher quality of the footage when I'm home.
Anywho, I was trying to figure out what caused that little moment and it appears that the hitbox on Luigi's tether grab has issues connecting to certain animations due to its Z axis. Will look into it a little more soon.
