Luigi's Down Tilt

I have no idea how I should use Luigi's down tilt in Project M. Are there any videos showing the proper way to use his down tilt.

Down-Tilt can be used on characters that have a weak crouch cancel game, or players that tend to press a lot of buttons as it will begin to frame-trap them.
