I'm a Mario main and I was giving tips to my friend who's attempting to pick up Luigi. I was wondering if Luigi's down smash was as godlike as Mario's in terms of speed. For those of you who don't know, the first hitbox of Mario's downsmash comes out frame 4. Thanks in advance.
