The only one I don't have on this list is Shiek, and I feel its a safe bet that she's going to be in, as the only change in movesets we've seen so far is Mario's Down B.
Now notice, all the characters that have been revealed, have NEVER been unlockable. My theory is that they'll never be revealed until the game comes out. So don't hold your breath, and don't worry too much. We'll find out if they're in 2/10, (or 1/24 if you pay attention to Japanese Media)

My thoughts on this, Sakurai will reveal the ones he kept one after the other.
Or all these characters will be hidden characters and won't be reveal before brawl comes out.
