Lucina tornado jump

So i was in training mode testing lucinas custom moves until i came across something interesting if you have the custom move neutral b 2 The tornado thing you can actually jump higher.
Now what happens is that when lucina jumps and you press and release neutral b 2 while she is still going uppwards she wil gain a little boost up. I have not tested this with marth yet btw sorry for my english im from Norway
