I think Lucas being confirmed for Brawl warrents a quick duck back into Smashboards and a shout.

Who else here is going to make him your main, even if Ness does return?

in the 3rd pic it dousent look like any of ness' moves so they could have given him a diffrent moveset to keep ness.

Since he didn't, but still mentioned Ness, I think the boy is back.

Ness is just tricky to play, he has a weird disjointed style of movement and a dynamic moveset. That's what I like about him that no other character has. If Lucas has it, I will second him...assuming Ness remains. (Please?)

It could be an aerial grab, but I still think it looks more like Zelda's b move. It's all about the one eye open.

I'll be trying out all the characters of course, but Lucas will make it up there in my list of first tried. Expected mains: Samus, Ness, and the rest is undecided.

Lucas's psi magnet looking thing IS psi magnet but since it's in front of him, you can probably control it up, down, left, right, diagonal.

That'd be cool.

Cool, maybe, but still really terrible. The only way it would be at all usable is if they cut the lag...down to like...zero...and then also made it absorb non-energy projectiles. Or maybe reflect them? Yeah, that'd be legit.

or mabey it could trap your oponent for like 3 sec. and it woud hurt them for around 10-16 damege OR you could control it thogh that may be over the top...

not SO terrible. just take away SOME lag and it would be pretty useful. and notice that he was in the air, they said that brawl was gonna have a lot more aerial play.

My hunch tells me Ness will be announced sometime soon because he did mentioned Ness when Lucas was announced and "new" smash players won't know who Ness is probably or something like that
