Lucas PK Thunder invincibility frames

I discovered this a few days ago while trying to see if it was possible to PK Thunder barrier in brawl (which it appears impossible but I haven't confirmed it for sure.) Anyways, there's a moment exactly when the tip of the tail of PK Thunder is coming out of Lucas or Ness that he is completely invincible. As in he takes no damage or knockback. Moves go right through him and his PK Thunder doesn't cancel. The problem is that it's really extremely difficult to time it.

I made a replay video of it on my Wii but I have no means of getting it up on the internet. I was wondering if I could send it to someone on here who could film it and get it up so people can see it. It took me around 2 minutes to get it right so there would have to be some editing involved as well to get rid of the dead time of me screwing it up.

If anyone is willing and able to do this for me, please post or PM me with your WFC and BFC so that I can send it to you.

Just ask!
If there is indeed an invincibility frame, where you have stated above, should you really be calling this a glitch?
If this has been tested and repeatedly verified then I`m sure it should be part of a S.A.F [Super Armour Frame].

Sorry that I can`t offer to upload anything for you.

Super Armor is when you take damage but don't take any knockback. With the correct timing on this you don't take any damage or knockback. The reason I think that it is most likely a glitch is because enemy moves go through Lucas rather than simply cancelling.

I'm not sure if anyone else has verified it. I ended up posting some stuff on the Ness boards about it but I don't know if anyone followed through to verify it. I'd really like to get my videos of it up just so people atleast know what it is. I'm not really sure if it's something you could concievably pull off in a match on purpose because the timing is wicked hard but I've done it by accident before in a match.

If it's invincibility, I'm sure it was programmed. I say this due to its seemingly short duration and the effect opponents attacks have on it. This also wouldn't be the only move with programmed invincibility. So calling it a glitch isn't necessarily accurate. A neat tidbit, yes.

Now, on to actual discussion. I don't think this would be horribly useful. If it's just as the tip of the end is coming out, the timing would be awkward and it would leave you rather open for retaliation after. There's not many moves that have enough wind-up lag to see it and use PKT that also have enough end lag to let you get PKT2 going to get away/punish.

Yeah I know it's not really very useful. Although I have done it occasionally by accident on some projectiles like Mario's fireballs. Doing it on purpose is pretty ridiculously hard. It could very well be purposely put into the game I suppose. It's just really weird and random and seems to be exclusive to this one move with Ness and Lucas. What other moves have programmed invincibility? I'm aware of quite a few with Super Armor but thought this was the only one where you take no knockback or damage.
