Lucas Jumping

I have two questions.
First can Lucas still Zap Jump in PM. I am not sure if it was removed as I cannot seem to be able to do it. (Could just be because it is hard to do)
Also, how do you do a DJC PK Fire. I can not manage to execute everything in such a small timeframe.

First question: No, it was removed
Second question: Double jump side-b and practice the timing.

DJC side-b is easy if you double-tap X/Y. I'm assuming you're trying to use the control stick to jump if you're having so much difficulty. Otherwise, you'll have to get used to the speed of this game if you're not.
