What could it be. Will the blue change or the yellow hair. Will the black bands across his face turn purple? Will he wear some silly clothing such as a cowboy hat?

Well, there is a purple tinted lucario on serebii.net. Couldn't get the picture though. Also, coybow hat might be a good one for him.
