hey guys, dont you just love it when everything goes right in a smash match?
when you tottally nail your opponant... i do, especially as falco...
i was playin KnGi last night, for like the first time in months and id been practising while he was away... anyhoo we load up our characters for the first match ( i didnt want to use falco straight up) so i chose mario instead... now im not good with mario... well i sorta am, i can do the adv tech stuff with him like shffls and stuff, wd of course, but i cant really combo with him, so everytime i attacked him it would be a single attack if you know wat i mean.. i won that one by not much... i gues its true that adv techs help but i wouldnt call my mario work all that great...
anyhoo second match time, so i loaded up falco (in blue), and that was it, i had the first KO in litterally 30 seconds... there was nothing he could do, my falco was just too fast and heaps better than hed remembered... i managed to shine combo the living crap out of him, and he wasnt expecting me to follow up attacks because i didnt do it with mario.. so yeah i 3 stocked him....
so where im going with this is that no matter who you move to, no matter how cool you think another character is... no one can beat the awesome mite of falco...
and also i think character changes can be an awesome mindgame... cause he wasnt expecting it at all, he seen mario wich i would use like shffld uair (my fav mario move) and that was it i wouldnt follow up cause i cant really with mario.. but with falco i can follow up everything just a bout... it was an amazing feeling and i cant quite describe the feeling of being able to play him well (just like many of you guys out there) and thats wat smash is all about. that complete feeling of happiness when you master it... knowing that this is wat u live for!!!!!!
