Lots of trouble with ZSS

I've been playing Olimar since day one and have learned much from these forums, such as the whistle armor and purple up-throws and blue back throws. I've just creapt and I haven't really spoke, nor did I see any topics on this in detail. My friend is really cheap with ZSS. He spams the side B, uses Dair, and dash attacks a lot. Thankfully he hasn't realized the Down B can be used for recovery. Even still though, I have trouble. Can anyone give me some helpful pointers to be able to beat him everytime instead of it being pretty even.

you could always throw your pikmin as human shields. And grab like theres no tommorow.

From my experience just out range her by short hop pikmin throwing and using Fair to approach.

Spot dodge her Side B and grab > dthrow > sh > fair

Don't spam Usmash. Zamus is light. Once she's at around 100, go in with a blue or purple and usmash her. If it's not stale, it's gonna kill her.

if he's doing dair, just dodge and punish, pivot grabs usually work very well

edgehog since he doesn't recover with vB

for the dash attack, it's best to just spot dodge or roll, my assumption is he uses her frame 1 jab right after

oh and spam pikmin, it'll stop her neutral b attack and let you get a free attack in

amazingly zss's side b can be punished,just perfect shield it and grab.
he can't figure out that filp jump is a recovery,just f-air her and edge-hog.
