Smash Cadet
Phew, what a title.
Background: I played a crap ton in Melee. Played in small tournaments, did alright. Mained Sheik. I never did many fancy things beyond SHFFLing. But I haven't played much in the past 10 years. A bit when Brawl came out, now I have the new one with a Wii U Pro Controller.
Questions:
1) For those of you who use the Pro Controller, what setup do you find best and why? For me personally, since I haven't played much in the past ten years, It seems the customizability gives it an edge over the GCC. My muscle memory shouldn't be messing with me much.
2) When I have the right controller setup, what advanced skills should I learn? I'm hoping skills which will apply to Melee, Brawl and Smash 4, but I probably won't be playing much Melee or Brawl anymore. Preferably not character-specific, but I'm thinking to play mostly Sheik, Ganondorf, ZSS, MM, and Ike.
