I don't think you'll have much luck waiting for someone to spoonfeed you information via Skype. But, making customized builds is usually time consuming and does need patience. Assuming that you're using Project M 3.6 as a base for your build, you can start by looking at Lakora's manager utilities here. There you can find the tools you need to change stages, music, etc.

If you're looking for nice quality character mods (at least in my opinion), I recommend the Ridley mod made by BaganSmashBros and company. Super fun, and Ridley's chant is great. Those guys are also making a few more characters being released soon, that look super promising. (Topics can be found in this sub-forum.) And there's a Waluigi mod being released for Project M soon that looks great as well.

You can also look around on BrawlVault for more character mods, although I haven't seen any that are remarkably good quality. And you can find many good stages there too. This should be enough to get you started, so good luck OP.
