Looking for some critique (via matches, cant get a video up ATM)

I've recently been really trying to bring my game up to a respectable level to compete in tournaments, and figured a good way to do that would be to ask some of the best to tell me what to do. I unfortunately have no means to post a video, so i was hoping maybe i could run a few matches with somebody , and then they could point me in the right directions. Thanks.
