Oh god, that part were you missed a drop down laser 1:35:20 and he got like 4 uair chains #S A D B I R D S
jkjk
To be honest, you messed up quite a lot, sometimes missing a short hop, getting stuck in shine, or even missing an L-cancel (at 1:38:30 missed cancel and he jabed you out of nair before you could shine, something that can help is delaying your aerial so that even if he's very low on % he has no chance to jab, shine or w.e) and that created many opportunity's for fox to punish, and he punished you very hard. Based on what I saw you do on those matches, I'm guessing that those mistakes happened because you were nervous and whatnot. You need to work on your punish game, I'm sure your techskill is pretty good, but when you get a free nair hit like in 1:38:30 you should not miss an L-cancel and shine combo the crap out of fox.
Against fox, bigger stages are better for falco, FD is great, combos are easier and you can lock him down. Locking down fox with lasers is very important, because if you let him move he'll just obliterate you with his brutal speed and pressure. DL64 is also good, plenty of space, some platforms if you want to get fancy with combos or movement. BF is fine, the problem is, the smaller the stage the easier fox can close the gap between you and him. That's why I consider YS and FoD to be not so good against fox, your punish game should be pretty good regardless of stage size but on these stages fox has more chances to get shinespikes, easy gimps and whatnot.
I would also advice to be a little bit more patient, bait him to approach, try to bait him into making a mistake, if he hits your shield and you feel confident you may shine oos and combo from there, otherwise just buffer roll. I saw you laser dd/wd and whatnot and after 3 or 4 times of doing that you eventually approached him usually making a mistake and he punished you. Instead try and just keep shooting and moving, make him angry, angry dumb fox is good
Also if he tryes to gimp you, instead of jumping away and side B I like to stay close to the edge so that I can DI towards the wall, tech the shine spike and make a quick side B, but you should usually be dead against a good fox off stage lol. Try different ways to recover, you can also hold your shine and see what he tryes to do, you can mindgame him sometimes.
That fox was very solid to be fair, and he didn't make too much technical mistakes. I mean, when you see a fox waveshining oos you don't expect the fight to be easy. My bad, I'm talking about eggm here, he's really good, if you can ever beat him, you pretty much have the fox match up down, lol. Try to play him more often if you ever get the chance, I'm sure you can learn a lot. Basically, whenever you met someone who destroys you, you should try to make him your friend so you can play more and find how to beat him and get better.
Practice and stay confident.
