Looking For Sacramento/Davis Smashers

Hey guys. This is Cereal Rabbit. You guys can call me Duke, my first name.

I was accepted into UC Davis through the ELD program (which pretty much means I was an early admission student). I guess that means I'm pretty smart. lol

"Congratulations on your admission to UC Davis in your major of Smash Bros."

What I'm looking for is a group of active Davis smashers who are willing to go to tournaments and hold smash fests to improve on each other. I'm not looking for Brawl scrubs. I wanna play the game that matters, Melee. Though this doesn't mean I'm gonna totally shut out Brawl.

I know there are you guys in the Sac area too. If we can keep in contact, it'll be nice to have a few fests. Throw some water balloons and lasers. Maybe play some Melee. just playing. Melee all the way.

I'm excited. My orientation to Davis is on July 6 until July 8. I'm booking up a tournament in Roseville on July 9th. I guess I have a lot planned.

Davis/Sac better show me what's up lol.

Yo: I'm from Davis, though I'm just living here for the summer (I go to school on the EC). I'm totally down to play smash. I honestly only got the game like 2 months ago, but I play in Vallejo with a DBR guy and I'm moderately competent looking to improve before my imminent return to school. Davis is kinda dead though, so you'll probably have to look into Brandon's tourneys in San Jose and the Bay Area.

Sup, welcome to UCD.

My name is Levi, some people call me Lev. I'm currently taking summer school in davis so if you're around during the week we should play. I'm not very good at all lol, but it should be fun.

I am a member of XPO, which hosted a smash melee tournament during Spring 2011. We plan to be hosting at least one during the fall. It's pretty sick actually, we get a few rooms in wellman and play on the projector screens. I don't think we had that many proficient people in our last tournament though, lack of exposure.

Anyway, have fun with your first quarter. A lot of opportunities to take advantage of, don't get caught up in the wrong stuff.
