Looking for Custom Floatzel Skin for Squirtle

I'm looking for a custom skin for Squirtle, a Floatzel skin. I haven't found any. Is there anyone who has made one, or would be interested in making one?

I don't know how they would do it, but considering someone on the vault made ivysaur into a salamence, it's possible and would make more sense.

It wouldn't be too difficult. All of Squirtle's moves would sync perfectly with Floatzel's.
