Looking for coder

I'm looking for someone to help me code a rank display bar for a forum signature. Basically it is to display your rank from anthers ladder, and you can put it into forum signatures. It will include you gamertag, rank, characters, and which system.

I will be doing all of the graphics and things I just need someone that can code it so that it will display current ranks, etc.

I have already gotten permission from Anther to work on it. Here is an image of what it may look like when finished.
