Looking for Brawl Disassembly with Comments

Hello,

I'm looking for a disassembly of the Brawl binary, hopefully with comments in the controller section. I'm putting this in the PM section as my main goal is for PM, and I can't find type of disassembly so I'm hoping someone here can help me get a "dev" enviroment for PM setup or at least provide me with a disassembly so I can get going.
