Looking for a specific tournament

Recently, Zero released a video on " The Metagame's most underrated characters" and villager was one of them.
He mentions in the video that a player named gambarani(?)( I honestly can't understand the name hes saying) won a national level tournament over in japan, using only villager.
Does anyone know which tournament this was and if there is footage of it?

Ranai or gambaranai (I think that's how you spell it) is probably the best villager in the world
