Can't go much into detail. It's a pretty massive project though and our first step is to find someone with back end web development experience.

I'm not the best with PHP/Rails/Ember, but I know that these languages practically require some HTML/Javascript/CSS, and I have a lot of expierence in this field. Do you need help on this?
